Precision Medical Inc is seeking an organized and hardworking Janitor janitor to keep the facility clean and functional. Candidate must be self-motivated, have initiative and a desire to improve. Must be a team player and flexible. This position is based in Northampton, PA. Candidate must reside within commuting distance to the corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, such as sweeping, cleaning, dusting and stocking supplies.
- Clean restrooms and cafeterias.
- Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities.
- Sweep, mop, dust racks, yard and building maintenance among other janitorial duties.
- Gathers and empties trash from all areas.
- Operate electric floor scrubber and other equipment.
- Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment.
- Cleans windows, mirrors and partitions with soap and other cleaners.
- Shampoos or steam-cleans carpets and rugs.
- Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Reports maintenance problems in an accurate and timely matter.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent/experience preferred.
- 2+ years janitorial experience is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Must be able to collaborate and work as part of a team in a professional matter.
- Ability to lift and / or move up to 40 lbs.
