What is your current lead time?
Our lead times are fluid and based on the complexity of the order and availability of parts. Precision Medical will confirm the manufacturing lead time when verifying your order. Partial orders will ship as they are available, unless otherwise stated on your purchase order.
All orders are shipped in the order they were received. Upgraded shipping does not shorten manufacturing lead times.
Can my order ship Priority/Next Day Air/Second Day?
You may request expedited shipping. However, this will not change manufacturing lead times.
How do I clean products returned for repair?
All devices returned to Precision Medical for repair must be cleaned in accordance with the instructions for use. Additionally, the device must cleaned with a minimum of 70% isopropyl alcohol and held for 72 hours prior to shipping it back to Precision Medical. For DMEs, we recommend devices are quarantined for a minimum of 72 hours in between patients. Products should be cleaned in accordance with instructions for use and additionally cleaned with a minimum of 70% isopropyl alcohol.
